That journey led us to renowned pizza chef Steve Bruno. Through his guidance, experience, and passion for the craft, we discovered a new appreciation for pizza—not simply as food, but as something created with patience, skill, tradition, and heart.
From that inspiration, Bite & Bite Pizzeria was born in Rutherford.
But the name Bite & Bite means something deeper to us.
